Short range RF transceiver for distances up to 1500 meters
SIM20A

The SIM20 is a narrow band transceiver which meets FCC and other standards.
The SIM20 is ideal for applications such as low cost wireless data transfer, remote control security systems, wireless metering, wireless medical telemetry services (WMTS), keyless entry, home automation, process control, pages etc.

Support of peer to peer transmission and broadcasting transmission
Optional 16bits RFID
Flexible software programmable setting option
Frequency bands support of:
433MHz - 434.79MHz

Transmission distance of a 1500 Meters
Transmit power of 20mW
Receive sensitivity of -115dBm
Sleep current consumption of 5uA
Input voltage of the module is 3.3V～5.5V(+-50mV)
